Check support ticket status
To check the status of your submitted support ticket you can:
Use the link from the response email to open the ticket in the browser.
Use the web interface at Geoscanners Helpdesk to search for the ticket based on your unique Ticket ID:
In the new window input your TicketID number:
If you have forgotten your Ticket ID, use the Forgot tracking ID to get the list of tickets connected to your email:
