Create a new support ticket at Geoscanners Helpdesk
Click on the the Submit a ticket link.
Fill up the required fields in the newly opened form.
Notice that while you are typing the text in the subject field, you will be offered knowledgebase articles that may be relevant to your question. Please read those articles before submitting a new support ticket.
Once you are done and submit the ticket, a ticket submitted window will show.
You can choose to view your submitted ticket by clicking on the "View your ticket" right away or use the link sent to you by email afterwards.
