Add attachment to your support ticket

You can attach 2 files to your ticket during the ticket creation process.

You can also attach files when replying to the already assigned ticket.

Keep in mind that the size of the attachment is limited to 2MB per file and we only allow for the following file types:

*.gif, *.jpg, *.png, *.zip, *.rar, *.csv, *.gsf, *.txt, *.pdf, *.bmp

If you need to send us larger files or the file type unsupported, please provide a download link in your message (you can use dropbox, google drive, sky drive or other file transfer services with a public share link).
